I developed and taught customer service programs and training for a large medical center (Covenant Healthcare) for six years and I just want you to know that your staff is top notch! I have listened to your front desk staff and their customer service skills really exemplify their empathy and compassion towards your patients. I would like to specifically mention Cheryl who is the complete customer service package. Her knowledge, communication skills and even her tone of voice exemplify peak customer service skills.
